A BILL to transfer land located in Ranson Corporation, Jefferson
County, West Virginia, from the County Commission of Jefferson
County, West Virginia, to the Jefferson County Council on
Aging for future development of a senior center.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
LAND TRANSFER TO JEFFERSON COUNTY COUNCIL ON AGING.
The County Commission of Jefferson County, West Virginia, is
authorized to transfer to the Jefferson County Council on Aging,
without consideration, the parcel of land in Jefferson County, West
Virginia, described as follows:
BEING all those certain lots or parcels of real estate, with
the improvements thereon, being Lots 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28
in Block 91, in Ranson Corporation, Jefferson County, West
Virginia, fronting on Fifth Avenue.
